KEEPING FEAR AT BAY
_____________________________________________________________________
Healer K.Hari
believes that
staying positive can have
more of an impact
on our lives more than we can ever imagine.

K. HARI has a tough job:
he's trying to convince people to shed their negativity
and bask in a more positive outlook, one that will bring
them all manner of success and here's the bonus bring
them closer to God.
The founder of Irah Home
of Healing believes one can overcome mankind's ills
through love and positive energy. "We are," says Hari,
from his office at the alternative healing centre based
in Puchong, "creatures that are mired in negativity."
According to this healer,
fear is our greatest enemy. All negative-based emotions
have their root in fear. This fear manifests itself in
various ways through situations and events that we face
in our lives.
At its worst, fear can
end up crippling us, whether physically (in the form of
disease), or emotionally (depression), stunting our
growth. And Hari says he knows how we can break the
stranglehold fear has over ourselves.
The 45-year-old practises
something called the Root Fear Matrix Removal Programme
that digs down to the root of our fears.
The root fear is the
first negative experience that created our base fear
which resulted in the separation from our Creator. This
separation, cautions Hari, has led mankind down a dark
path where our lives are ruled by fear; and fear, he
points out, is a creation of our minds.
If we allow fear to
overwhelm us, we are in fact, allowing our minds to rule
over our personalities and bodies. "When faced with most
situations, we immediately cloud our minds with fearful
thoughts," he explains.
This, in turn, attracts
the very thing that we fear into our lives. In essence,
we give birth to our worst fears, further fuelling our
negative thought patterns.
And Hari hopes we can all
learn to break this vicious cycle. So, how did a trained
engineer end up on the path to becoming a healer? "For
the first 17 years of my life, I was quite religious.
And then, for the next 15 years, I was an atheist.
I absolutely questioned
every religious dogma at that point," Hari says. Then,
at age 32, all that changed. "I used to get up very
early to go to work. And I would see the beautiful
sunrise spreading its rays of warmth all around. And I
began to see God's hands at work.
And I felt a change come
over me." That led him on a path of self-discovery. As
Hari's inner eye opened, he got it into his head to try
his hand at healing. "I just felt I could do it. And I
started on friends and family, and friends of friends."
Then, at 39, he had an epiphany over a period of 14
days, he received a flow of information "from above"
about dealing with the fundamental question of fear, and
how to overcome it.
Hari immediately put it
into practice, and eventually opened a centre (in late
2004) to help people overcome their fears. He has also
penned a book, Irah's Book of Healing (published by Irah
Enterprise, RM18), which explains his mission and offers
nondenominational fear removal prayers for a host of
illnesses. Fear removal, he explains, brings us a step
closer to God. "One essential step in achieving union
with the Creator is to surrender completely to Him,"
says the Ipoh-born Hari. "God wants to give you
everything provided you've given up what negative
thoughts you created and what fearful things you have in
your mind. But he gave you the power to create and we've
abused that power. "The Golden Era is just around the
corner, and the way we are going to achieve that is if
each and every one of us realises that we are a God in
our own right. We are not inter-dependent on each other,
but creatures of love and positivity. "Therefore, if you
think positively the whole society becomes positive.
Likewise, if collectively, you think negatively, then
the whole thing destructs." So the next time you have a
negative thought don't.
