CONSULTATION

The centre is open for consultation daily between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM. However, all
consultation is strictly by appointments only and walk-in clients will not be entertained.
The procedure for setting appointments is as follows:-
- Please call + 60 12 672 5485 between 5.30 pm to 10.00 pm to request for your consultation.
- You need to call two days prior to the date of preference. For example, if you wish to see Mr. Hari on Wednesday,
then you have to make the call on Monday to ask for your consultation.
- We will inform you by 2.00 pm the next day on your consultation time for the following day.
- It is very important for you to note that we will only call all those who have their appointments confirmed. If you do not receive a call from us by 2.00 pm the next day, it means your request for an appointment for the following day was not successful and you need to make another attempt the next time you wish to come. Kindly be advised that appointments remain our privilege and at no time should it be assumed to be a right.
- We want to stress here that it is highly important that upon securing your consultation, you must refrain from canceling your appointment. There are many in desperate need of our help and your cancellation will deprive them of their opportunity. Cancellations with invalid reasons may result in you not being given any future appointments.
Other requirements which need to be followed are:-
- Punctuality – Latecomers will not be entertained and your appointment will be subject to immediate cancellation if you are more
than 10 minutes late for your consultation.
- Alcohol – You must not consume any form of alcohol for at least 24 hours prior to your consultation. We view this seriously and
as such, if any signs of alcohol consumption is detected, we will have no choice but to cancel your consultation.
- Dress Code – Please be comfortably attired and refrain from wearing black or very dark tops.

free of any charges. We are sustaining thanks to the

contribution will be of great value in helping us defray
the cost of maintaining the centre and ensuring the
services remain independent of any charges. If you wish
